Officer of the Court Remote Access (OCRA)
OFFICER OF THE COURT REMOTE ACCESS (OCRA) – LOGIN
The York County-Poquoson Circuit Court now offers online access to all Circuit Court documents to attorneys and their support staff. The system is known as Officer of the Court Remote Access (OCRA). OCRA allows for inquiry only viewing of all court documents for cases commencing in 2015 and after. At this time online access is not available for Juvenile, Adoption and sealed cases or any sealed documents within a case.
The secure remote access system known as OCRA will generally be available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, including holidays, except during periods of preventive and remedial maintenance, operational issues beyond the control of the Clerk’s Office, or when intrusions against security are being remedied.
Fees
Effective July 1, 2018 the Clerk’s Office no longer charges for this service. However, an updated application and agreement is required annually. It is the responsibility of Subscriber to renew the annual subscription prior to each anniversary of the date of acceptance of this agreement by the Circuit Court Clerk. The Clerk’s Office reserves the right to suspend or terminate service; however, if suspended or terminated, the Subscriber is not relieved from the obligations set forth in this agreement, up to and including the date upon which the service is discontinued.
